We hope to see you at the competition! Summary of Cow Town Throwdown- 2012Cowtown launched on the evening of Friday November 3rd, and ended on Saturday November 4th. On Friday we lost all four of our games, ranking last of all 45 teams. Post-game we repaired our robot until its issues had been resolved. We retaliated from the losing streak, winning all 5 games on Saturday. Cougar Robotics advanced to place 7th out of the 45 teams. The elimination rounds progressed and we fought our way into the finals. To the team's delight, #16 Bomb Squad (the team ranking 1st internationally) recruited us as an ally in the final bracket.
We were able to place second out of the entire competition.
