FRC Mentoring Guide
The purpose of this guide is to help develop an understanding of the mentoring process and associated relationships that should develop during the team’s evolution. All team members can learn something through the process. A lot this information is plain common sense, but the intent is to provide insights and tips to mentors/coaches to help them through the facilitation process. You will find the necessary tools to introduce you and your team to the mentor philosophy, its goals, and the process.  Enjoy your time, have fun and most of all help to grow the next generation

2013 FRC Team Handbook
Play the game introduced by the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) in 1992. Each year FRC unveils a new challenge during Kickoff in January. High school students work with professional mentors to solve the engineering design problem in just six weeks, then join other teams in alliances to play the game at competition events where they are judged on design, innovation, culture changing behavior, and performance. The program is a life-changing, career-molding experience, and a lot of fun! The FRC Team handbook is an essential guide for your team as you work throughout the FRC season.
